- Cloudflare R2 hosts mirrored PDFs with zero egress fees and 10 GB of free storage.
- Cloudflare Workers / Pages Functions power the search and API endpoints, cached aggressively at the edge.
This architecture keeps operating costs near zero while remaining fast across Canada.
